The Deputy Governorship Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in Oyo State, Engr. Muftau Open Salawu, FNSE, has congratulated members of the party’s Campaign Council on their appointments, describing the new responsibilities as a call to dedicated service.
Salawu, in a statement, urged the newly appointed campaign council members to remain committed, focused and united towards achieving the collective objective of securing victory for the APM in the forthcoming elections.
He noted that the success of the party’s campaign would largely depend on the dedication, teamwork and effective coordination of members of the campaign structure across Oyo State.
The APM deputy governorship candidate expressed his appreciation to the party’s leader and presidential candidate, Engr. Seyi Makinde, as well as the Oyo State governorship candidate, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, for their leadership and commitment to the party.
He also commended the Director-General of the campaign, Dr. Nureni Adeniran, alongside members of the Apex Campaign Council, for their contributions and efforts towards strengthening the party’s campaign.
According to Salawu, the constitution of the Campaign Council presents members with an important opportunity to contribute their experience, energy and ideas towards the success of the party at the polls.
He urged all members of the council to work together in unity and remain focused on the task ahead, stressing that the APM is determined to secure victory across all levels in the forthcoming elections.
Salawu also called on party members, supporters and stakeholders across the state to rally behind the party’s candidates and campaign structure.
“Let us remain focused on our singular goal: to win the forthcoming elections from top to bottom,” he said.
