Officials of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) were also on ground to engage the riders, providing guidance on safe riding practices, road-user responsibilities and the importance of protecting themselves, their passengers and other road users. The presence of the agencies added an important practical dimension to the programme, allowing participants to learn directly from those responsible for road safety and enforcement.
